This class is 50% Indoor Cycling and 50% Boot Camp (working with TRX and kettle bells) and 100% awesome. The cycling warms up your muscles and get your cardio moving so ready for the boot camp intensity. Shifting from bike to weights gives you muscle groups just the break they need to amp the energy for the next round. Tap into your power and feel amazing for the rest of the day.
